Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at Info@crestilla.com. Please include your order number in your message.
After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be processing. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return it after delivery. Visit our Return Policy for more information.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items.
To be eligible, items must be:

How to Return an Item

- Pack Your Item: Repack securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documents.
- Send It Back: Ship your return per the instructions in your return authorization email. Follow the recommended carrier or shipping method.
Refund Process
- Inspection: We will inspect your item upon receipt to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund Timing: After approval, refunds are processed within up to 7 business days back to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

Order Not Delivered
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at Info@crestilla.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and, if confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
