Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Handling takes 1 to 2 business days, then transit is usually 6 to 8 business days. Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the order date. Times can vary a bit depending on the carrier (we use USPS, UPS, and FedEx) and your location.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to start a return. Items need to be unused, in original condition, and returned with all the original packaging, tags, and accessories. Just email Info@crestilla.com with your order number, and we'll walk you through it.
Nope. We don't charge restocking fees on returns. If you're returning something because it's defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, return shipping is on us too. If it's a change of mind or fit issue, you'll cover return shipping and the original shipping cost isn't refundable.
